SeaDscape shelf art. A little drop of ocean for your mantle piece... (A)

Instead of throwing my old CDs and DVDs away, I up-cycle them into miniature seascapes!

I really love creating these individual drops of ocean, they are all unique and inspired by my own love of the sea. I hope I capture the spirit of the ocean in each one of my resin pieces.

Every SeaDscape is one of a kind and comes with it's own little transparent stand and gift box.

I paint each CD in acrylics and then add 'three' super shiny resin coats, which give a gorgeous depth of colour and metallic lustre.
There are even shells and teeny glass bubbles in the waves breaking on the sandy beach.

They are not intended for hanging on a wall as they are mini scenes, so there is no hanger on the back. Instead it comes with a little stand as shown.

~The resin I use is made from materials that would otherwise enter landfill (as it's a by-product of the oil industry). So, I can create beautiful pieces whilst preventing waste and looking after the planet.
