My sincere apologies, but due to travel/postal disruption and potential shipping/delivery delays during the current virus situation, my shop will now be temporarily only taking orders for delivery to UK destinations until further notice.

Stickers/decals, and seasonal items are posted the next working day when possible, but typically within 3 working days. If in a rare case I cannot do this, I will contact you by email.
Credit/debit card payments are securely processed by *PayPal (currency conversion is automatic so payments may be made from most countries and bank accounts worldwide).
*Paypal has a very high level of security, customer privacy and protection, all transactions are performed over maximum security SSL encryption and your card/bank details are not stored or made available to me in any way.
Sculptures are sent by Royal Mail 'signed for' (surface mail if overseas) and stickers are sent by First Class Royal Mail (Air mail if overseas) with a certificate of posting retained.
You may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after you receive the goods (the statutory minimum is 7 days).
Notice of cancellation must be confirmed in writing by e mail, prior to sending.
Goods must be returned in perfect condition and shipped at your cost.
The goods must be securely wrapped and packaged before shipping in the original packaging or equivalent.
Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund if the item can be re-sold, via the same payment method used for purchase.
